Priest Holmes

Priest Holmes retires today. Its a sad day for people that are Priest Holmes fans. Priest Holmes came back only briefly to play for the Kansas citey chiefs and then was unable to. Priest Holmes announced his retirement at the Arrowhead stadium in Kansas City earlier today. Priest Holmes will be missed greatly by all his fans and those who have respected him for his years of playing the game. (more…)

Jim Ringo

Sadly today the death of Jim Ringo who is a Pro Football Hall of Famer has saddened many. Jim Ringo passed away Monday morning, at the age of 75 years. Jim Ringo played for the Philadelphia Eagles as well as the Green Bay packers and was a darn good player at that. He died only 2 days before he was to turn 76 years of age. Many will miss Jim Ringo and many will remember him in future times. (more…)

Michael Vick surrenders

Michael Vick surrenders today to US Marshals today and will remain in jail until his sentencing takes place. There are other reasons for Michael Vick surrenders as well. Michael Vick is now only realizing he has no good shot at getting out of this one now so he surrenders. This guy is a real joke. I don’t like him no matter what he may say. (more…)

Highest scoring NFL game

The highest scoring NFL game was back when the the Redskins defeated the Giants 72-41 on November 27, 1966. The numbers for a game of this magnitude add up to some huge numbers. The highest scoring NFL game that people also consider of significance is the Dec. 8, 1940 Chicago Bears beat the Washington Redskins 73-0 which is a pretty embarrassing score. (more…)

browns field goal by Phil Dawson

The Browns field goal by Phil Dawson is just crazy. If you havent seen this Browns field goal then you don’t even know. The fact that this Browns field goal meant winning or losing a game just makes it that much more crazy. After Phil Dawson kicked the Browns field goal, it had to be reviewed by refs. What is crazy is the fact that this was Phil Dawson’s second longest kick ever in his career. (more…)

Donovan McNabb injury

Bad news for Eagles as Donovan McNabb injury caused him to leave the game on Sunday in the second quarter against Miami with a badly sprained right ankle. Donovan McNabb injury is a shock to many right now. He does not want this to be happening and the Eagles do not want this either nearly a full year after his season had ended previously with a torn knee ligament. (more…)

Earnest Graham relief

Earnest Graham is one of the guys that has been getting busy lately. Ernest Graham has been carrying the ball ore than you can imagine. Earnest Graham has had to take over a brunt of the carries for the tampa Bay Bucaneers for the fact that Michael pittman has been out for a while with some serious injury. Ricky Williams Get’s Another Chance

Ricky Williams’ suspension was cut short after 18 months Wednesday when Ricky Williams was reinstated by the NFL. Still unclear is whether the Miami Dolphins want him back. Ricky Williams in 2002 lead the league in rushing, who has played in only 12 games since the start of the 2004 season. Ricky Williams spent last season with the Toronto Argonauts and applied for reinstatement Oct. 1. (more…)

Paul Brown Stadium football field

The Paul Brown Stadium which is about 5 blocks west of the great American ballbark, is a Stadium that began to be used by the Cincinnati Bengals back in 2004. The Paul Brown stadium covers just about 22 acres and is 157 feet high. Th stadium is a pretty nice place to play and has lots of details which you will enjoy if you ever visit the Paul Brown Stadium. (more…)

Dick Nolan 49ers Coach Passes

Dick nolan will be missed by many including his son Mike Nolan who is the coach of the San Francisco 49ers just like his father Dick Nolan. He passed away early Sunday and now the city of San Francisco mourns his death. Dick Nolan was 75 years old when he died. His son is also the coach of the 49ers and had to miss practice on Friday and Saturday to be with family. (more…)

Darren Sproles Colts vs Chargers

The Colts Chargers game looks to be an interesting one. In the first quarter Darren Sproles from the Chargers gets a quick 7 points with his touchdown. After a few interceptions back and fourth. Then San Diego Chargers score another 3 points off an interception. making it a 10 to 0 lead. (more…)

Dallas vs Giants at Giant Stadium

Looks like it has been a good game between Dallas and Giants at Giant Stadium. Things were kind of even the first half and the game tied up at 17 to 17 until the third quarter. Tony Romo has had some tough time working it the way he usually does and Eli Manning however had some pretty decent passes. (more…)

Fred Taylor Career 10,000 rushing yards record

Big man Fred Taylor breaks his rushing yards number career today with 10,000 rushing yards. This is amazing. Only 21 other players have ever done this in the career of football. Sean Morey Cardinals Special teams

The Cardinals have been having trouble with special teams and haven’t shown much greatness this season. Without guys like Sean Morey at 100 percent, the Cardinals have made some great plays thus far, like a block or the two deflections of punts in addition to a punt return for a touchdown.
