adolph rupp basketball wildcats billy gillispie butler basketball catspause.com gardner webb kentucky basketball michigan basketball ncaa basketballKentucky Basketball one of the top programs in college ball has now become Kentucky Basketball implosion times and maybe worse to come. The Kentucky Basketball team got there ass handed to them by Gardner-Webb last night and when I say ass handed to them it is an understatement, the Kentucky Basketball team got hammered 84 to 68 loss.
The Kentucky Basketball team fans are still in state of shock talk about not seeing this one come. The questions is will the Kentucky Basketball program take this loss and rebound to becoming again one of the top basketball programs in college ball.
I have to admit I am not a fan of the Kentucky Basketball team but last night I even felt sorry for them in given moments the Kentucky Basketball players just did not look like they where in the same team as a matter of fact the Kentucky Basketball team looked like a deer in the headlights just astounded as there play was not up to par against a team they where supposed to easily beat.
The Kentucky Basketball program has a long and rich history dating back to the 1890s, students at the university scheduled football games with neighboring colleges. In 1902, the Kentucky basketball program began on campus, originally as a women’s sport; a men’s team was added one year later. In 1930, then-high school coach Adolph Rupp was hired as a the Kentucky basketball coach for the university, and later guided the Kentucky Basketball Wildcats to four NCAA crowns in 1948, 1949, 1951, and 1958.
