The big man Pau Gasol was able to score 26 points, including four free throws in the final moments of the game against the Rockets. The Grizzlies vs Rockets game proved that even a team like the Houston Rockets can go from hot to cold when you have someone like Pau Gasol scoring some serious points.

In the Grizzlies vs Rockets game, Tracy McGrady couldn’t hold out to win the game. Pau gasol in the Grizzlies vs Rockets game took it all the way to beat the Houston Rockets 105-99 on Tuesday night. This will bring the Rockets 3 game winning streak to an end and send them back to where they started. This is a time to work on free throws and make sure they are ready if it comes down to a free throw shootout.

A lot of the grizzlies had double digits like Darko Milicic who added 20 points, while Mike Miller had about 17 points. this was huge in the Grizzlies vs Rockets game and Pau Gasol really gave them the push they needed to rise above Yao Ming who usually dominates the game.

Free throws were all the difference in this game of grizzlies vs Rockets, and the Grizzlies converted with Pau Gasol as they were able to tie up the game with 8 free throws.

The rockets were not able to convert free throws like the Grizzlies did. If you compare the numbers you can see why the grizzlies took this one. With 34 to 17 free throws. Yao Ming had 22 points in the game to but this didn’t cut it.

Its amazing when you figure that Houston entered the game as the league’s second-best rebounding team, however Memphis crashed all the boards all night with eight rebounds by Lowry and seven rebounds by Miller.

Overall this Grizzlies vs Rockets game just goes to show the confidence level, and when you have a guy like Pau gasol to take the lead, make points and make plays as well as free throws then you got something really good. looks like the grizzlies could continue with this run if they all stay healthy.
