Sean Morey Cardinals Special teams

The Cardinals have been having trouble with special teams and haven’t shown much greatness this season. Without guys like Sean Morey at 100 percent, the Cardinals have made some great plays thus far, like a block or the two deflections of punts in addition to a punt return for a touchdown. But this just doesn’t cut it.

The special teams is crucial to making things happen. Sean Morey is looking to be getting healthier and when He comes back he will be ready to take care of business. here are his comments on the current cardinals situation.

“It’s important for everybody to pay attention to detail, know our assignments, and just execute.

“Special teams has the ability to put our offense on a short field and score. … Especially in close, tight games, the games we’ve been in, field position plays such a critical role.

The special teams give us that opportunity to win those close games.”

Additions like the kicker Steve Breaston look to be good for the cardinals. Its definitely crucial for Sean Morey to really get strong even though he has taken some strong hits, one that lead to his missing the Redskins game due to concussion in order to give the cardinals the boost they need to make some other things happen.

Only time will tell and show whether contributors like Sean Morey and Steve Breaston will give the cardinals the push they need to be actual contenders for the season.

Its still early, and time to get busy if the Cardinals are going to show what they have in the area of specail teams thats can be so special!
