The Tony Hawk foundation is whether you are familiar with it or not a great foundation which helps to build skate parks for people like the community of Los Gatos. Skateboarding is widely accepted now by many and the Tony Hawk foundation promotes a positive force in kids.

Skateboarding is now considered much as a sport and it surely is considering that it requires some extreme skill and discipline to accomplish various tricks. The Tony hawk foundation promotes this positive force in youths.

The Tony Hawk foundation was started by Tony Hawk himself, a well known skater and millionaire who has had much success as a skateboarder kid all the way into a grown man that is still kid at heart.

He started the Tony hawk foundation in 2002 and it has been building quality skate parks since for local communities that work with him on it to help not only the community but kids who need some direction.

Many small places across the US much less the whole world have the desire to grow the sport of skateboarding in a way that is even more accepted by many. Rather than always using the streets where danger for the skater and others can be brought to the fore, the Tony hawk foundation seeks to help build skate parks in areas which will be for the betterment of everyone in the community.

If you want to help better the sport of skateboarding and make it a positive force for all, then support the Tony Hawk Foundation as they get involved with new communities around the world like that of Los Gatos. That way organizations like the Tony hawk foundation can organize with local authorities and business leaders to find the best and most acceptable location.

i’m not a huge fan of Tony Hawk, but i AM a huge fan of what he does to give back.

also, my girlfriend and i were watching television earlier tonight and happened to catch him on Jeff Foxworthy’s “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?”
    it was quite entertaining. :)
